No. Coherence is a non-clinical adaptive interpretation tool. It does not diagnose disease or replace medical evaluation.

It analyzes autonomic variability signals — including heart rate variability patterns — and their temporal dynamics under load and recovery. The focus is not isolated values, but structural change over time.

The base version of Coherence does not collect or transmit personal data. All signals remain within Apple Health. A Pro version is under development consideration and would depend on user demand. Any future data layer would be fully anonymized and strictly opt-in.

Coherence does not impose fixed breathing techniques. It detects and dynamically adjusts respiratory cadence to observe how the autonomic system reorganizes under minimal structured input.

Coherence is designed to work with Apple Watch as its primary sensor layer.

Android support is planned on the roadmap, including Pixel Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch devices.

The system has been tested with high-resolution chest strap sensors including Movesense (used as a reference-grade signal source) and Polar H10, one of the most widely available and reliable consumer chest straps.
