Terms of Service — Coherence App

Last updated: February 2026

Coherence App provides structured physiological signal interpretation and indexing. It is designed to help users observe patterns related to stability, variability, and recovery over time.

Coherence App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Coherence does not provide medical advice and does not replace professional clinical evaluation.

The base version of Coherence App does not require an account, does not include login, and does not create user profiles.

The base version does not collect, upload, or transmit personal data. Coherence processes signals locally and relies on data stored in Apple Health (HealthKit) under the user’s control.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Payments, refunds, and subscription status (if introduced in the future) are governed by Apple’s platform terms and policies.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the app, or reverse-engineer the software.

All software, algorithms, designs, text, and branding associated with Coherence App are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coherence App is provided “as is” and we disclaim liability for decisions made based solely on app outputs.
